About the initial design process

• All websites are fully custom design.  If at any point during the design process you do not like the design layout, every effort will be made to get a design you are happy with.

• Most sites take around 2 weeks to design.  This is a rough estimate.  Many sites are quicker and some can be longer.  This will be explained up front.

• It is preferred that the client provides the photos for two main reasons:

1.  Usually you have better quality pictures.

 

 

 

 

2.  The client will only take photos of things they want on the site

• Host Monster is used for all web hosting.  They are excellent in every aspect of small business web hosting.  However, if there is any reason you would like to use someone else feel free to inquire about it.

• A quote will be sent out via email before any design is started.  Half of the quoted fee will be due with the signed quote.  After completion of the site, with final approval, the second half of the payment will be due.
• For the first three months, after the final approval, updates/fixes will be done at no charge.  After this three month period, all updates will be done at the rate of $35 an hour, minimum on two hours.  If the updates don't take the full two hours any subsequent updates will be done until the two hours charged are fulfilled.  Please ask if you have questions.

• $140 for 5 hours of updates (save $35)

• $275 for 10 hours of updates (save $75)
